Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Group Financial Controller and lead the delivery of accurate, compliant and timely financial reporting across the Group. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for financial statement integrity, statutory reporting, tax compliance, external audit management and the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.

• Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Significant experience in Financial Accounting, Group Accounting, Controllership or a similar senior accounting role.
• Demonstrated experience managing month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, financial controls and corporate governance requirements.
• Ability to provide practical technical accounting advice on complex or non-routine transactions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success improving financial controls, reporting frameworks and operational efficiency.


• Experience implementing process automation or system enhancement initiatives.
