About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial activities. You will partner closely with leadership to provide strategic financial advice and support informed decision‑making.

About You

We are looking for a finance professional with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a project‑driven environment. Ideally, you will bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA qualification desirable).
• Proven experience in a finance manager or senior finance role preferably in mining, civil, and construction sectors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cashflow with accuracy and insight.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and financial compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to balance detail with strategic oversight.
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Xero.
• 3+ years in a finance leadership role.
