Job summary

DLL is seeking a Finance Reporting Manager to support the Head of Finance for our Australian and New Zealand operations. You will oversee internal controls, ensure accurate financial reporting in Hyperion and the general ledger, and drive process improvements across the team.

You will manage two accountants, coordinate external audits, prepare annual financial statements, and implement changes in accounting standards to strengthen the control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and documenting controls and control procedures.
• Audit background; CA qualification preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with internal customers across time zones.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with Great Plains and Hyperion is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Test internal controls and remediation of risk findings.
• Coordinate month-end reporting controls procedures.
• Oversee quarterly disclosures and ad-hoc reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare year-end work papers.
• Lead and develop a team of two accountants; assist Head of Finance.
