General Motors Australia New Zealand is seeking a finance/ accounting professional to support month-end close, audits, and reporting. You will liaise with offshore shared services, local finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• VCE or equivalent.
• 2 years toward Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Commerce.
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
• Previous work experience desirable, in finance-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist month end close activities with offshore accounting team.
• Assist statutory audit and prepare supporting documentation.
• Assist contract review process with CAS and approvals.
• Assist managing SharePoint Sites (SBRF, ZVDC, DPRF, CMR, EFT and FGRD).
• Assist in the quarterly Accounting Review (QAR) preparation and analysis.
