Reo Group is seeking an ambitious accountant to expand beyond traditional reporting duties and grow into a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will prepare management reports, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders across a diverse environment.

This open-ended temporary role offers strong potential for permanency, a hybrid working environment, and opportunities to contribute to program funding reporting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification essential.
• Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Proven month-end and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience in not-for-profit/government-funded sectors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Month-end accounting, including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Program-level and funding-related reporting.
• Acquittal reporting and compliance requirements.
• Supporting operational stakeholders with financial insights and decision support.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements.
• Assisting with the development of business cases and financial modelling.
