Job summary
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is seeking a Finance Business Partner Lead to provide strategic financial leadership across a defined portfolio of operational units, enabling functions or non-deed activities. You will lead a team of Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants, building commercial capability and a strong partnering mindset.

Qualifications
- Tertiary finance qualification with CA/CPA or equivalent.
- Senior experience in finance business partnering.
- Budgeting, forecasting, analysis and performance insights.
- Proven leadership and ability to coach a finance team.
- Strong governance, controls and audit knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Executives to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across the portfolio.
- Translate performance into forward-looking insights to drive cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants.
- Embed financial governance and strengthen controls across the portfolio.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to transformation programs.
- Champion continuous improvement in financial processes.
