ATCO Gas is seeking a sharp Finance Business Partner in Jandakot, WA to join our high‑performing team. You will partner with senior leaders, delivering insights, financial stewardship and strategic guidance that drives long‑term success.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver commercial insights, support strategic decisions and champion improvements across financial processes and governance.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance with CPA/CA accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years’ FP&A, management accounting, or similar commercial finance experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, risk/opportunity identification.
• High technical proficiency across Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; experience with ERP systems (Oracle, EPM, SAP).

About You

You bring technical strength, commercial acumen and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy translating complex financial data into insights that shape business direction and drive performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA/CA accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar commercial finance role within a dynamic, for‑profit environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
• High technical proficiency across Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, EPM, or SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and uplift financial literacy across the business.
• Experience within the energy sector, including an understanding of regulatory frameworks and commercial dynamics.
• Strong understanding of capital project accounting, WIP, and fixed‑asset processes
