Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a Finance Reporting and Data Analyst to turn complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights. You will develop reporting tools and BI dashboards using our Finance and Operations data, enabling strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Collaborating with Finance, Digital and Operational teams, you will define reporting requirements, ensure data quality and map data to trusted datasets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, BI, data analytics or enterprise reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with ERP systems and data mapping/validation.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation best practice.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI dashboards, reports and trusted reporting data sets using Finance and Operations data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital, Transformation and operations to define reporting requirements, logic and data quality standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and self-service reporting through timely insights.
• Automate reporting, support system integrations and maintain reporting specifications, data models and user documentation.
