Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume bookkeeping/billing environment.
• Ability to review contracts and apply contract clauses.
• Experience in a Medical or Clinical Research organisation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance function of the business.
• Sales invoicing and reconciliation with Clinical Trial Management System.
• Debtor management and general accounting services.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

High level of organisation skills

Education

Diploma qualifications or partial completion of a Diploma of Accounting
