Sharp & Carter is seeking a Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering actionable financial insights across pricing, cost and M&A initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders, develop models, and drive budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or similar.
• CA or CPA qualifications, or nearing completion.
• Experience in Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, FP&A or similar.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across multiple verticals and deliver variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Support business cases, scenario modelling and commercial decision-making.
• Partner with senior leaders to review financial performance and future outcomes.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial close.
• Support broader finance operations when required.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and finance projects.
