Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related business analysis role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field, plus qualification as CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate financial information clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with MS Project or Visio is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with the Senior Finance Manager to manage and deliver finance requirements under the contract, including journal review and processing, P&L reporting with variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
• Serve as a trusted financial business partner by building strong relationships with key internal teams and client stakeholders, providing strategic financial guidance and support across the account.
• Collaborate on annual budget development and periodic forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of efficient reporting strategies, including automation and process simplification initiatives that maintain data integrity.
