Framework Search & Select is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a respected disability service provider delivering person-centred care across regional South Australia. You will assess and treat clients with complex needs, manage caseloads autonomously yet collaboratively, and contribute to a supportive, innovative team.

Regional role with flexible rosters and a strong emphasis on professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Speech Pathology Australia certification is required.
• Experience in the disability sector is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assessments and interventions to clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload or areas of interest.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and review client progress against goals.
• Participate in internal and external clinical training.

• Provide high-quality assessments and interventions to various clients
• Opportunity to manage a diverse caseload or in areas of interest
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders and families
• Evaluate and review of client progress in line with their goals
• Partake in various internal & external clinical training

Key Selection Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current Speech Pathology Australia certification
• Ability to work autonomously & within a team setting
• Experience working within the disability sector
• Experience working in regional communities desired
• Current National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check
• Minimum 12-months experience required
