Job summary

SRG Global Mining Services is seeking an experienced site supervisor to lead drilling, blasting and maintenance activities across WA Goldfields projects on a FIFO roster from Perth. You will drive safe, efficient site operations and ensure delivery aligns with SRG Global standards and client expectations.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will mentor site personnel, coordinate with client representatives, manage costs and drive continuous improvement while upholding HSEQT practices and quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a managers role within drilling and blasting operations.
• Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor personnel and manage client relationships.
• Excellent oral communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team, influence key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
• Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day drilling, blasting and site maintenance activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between SRG Global and client representatives, including daily reporting and coordination meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site personnel to build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure compliance with SRG Global safety systems and LMS requirements.
• Coordinate PSI meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Plan and schedule preventative maintenance while monitoring equipment performance.
• Manage site rosters, consumables, freight logistics, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, workplace assessments, and stocktakes.
• Champion HSEQT performance, including incident reporting, audits, and compliance with procedures.
• Support quality assurance processes, register maintenance, and environmental risk management.
• Provide regular updates to the Site Manager on operational performance, workforce planning, and risk management.
