Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking a Project Site Administrator for a major Weipa Mine project, on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Brisbane. You will support the Project Team with reporting, document control and financial administration from Brisbane-based flights, accommodation and meals.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage site documentation, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project/Site Administrator or similar role.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with project document control and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Manager and Team, including reporting and data entry.
• Manage project correspondence, filing and document control via SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Assist with quality documentation and ensure records are accurate.
• Coordinate admin tasks with subcontractors, transport providers, suppliers and trades.
• Support liaison with client and contract obligations, including certificates.
• Process supplier/subcontractor invoices, reconcile records and purchase orders.
• Raise PO requests and maintain project financial records.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
