Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking an experienced FIFO Service Supervisor to lead the Port Hedland service team, supporting customers across the Pilbara. The role supervises FIFO field technicians, ensuring service activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely and to a high standard.

You will drive team performance, manage customer relationships, and support service growth while aligning with operational objectives. This is a field role requiring strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience in field service or working with hydraulic systems.
• Experience leading or supervising field service teams.
• Knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments, ideally within the Pilbara.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Service Delivery: Supervise FIFO field technicians, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery.
• Customer & Service Sales: Build strong relationships with customers, identify service opportunities and support growth.
• Operational Planning & Coordination: Manage scheduling, resources and workloads to meet targets.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure service quality standards, reporting, documentation and compliance.
• People & Capability: Maintain licences, tickets, inductions and competencies; support development.
• Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely completion of service reports and quotations.
• Continuous Improvement & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve delivery and contribute to growth.

Education

Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure service quality standards are maintained, including reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
• People & Capability: Ensure team licences, tickets, inductions, and competencies are current, and support ongoing development
• Reporting & Documentation: Oversee timely and accurate completion of service reports, quotations, and job documentation
• Continuous Improvement & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, support planning, and contribute to operational growth

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in field service or working with hydraulic systems
• Previous experience leading or supervising field service teams
• Strong knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments, ideally within the Pilbara
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage teams and customers effectively
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety outcomes
