Job summary

The Fetch Recruitment Pty team is seeking experienced Process Coordinators for an 8/6 FIFO roster on a WA mine site. You will lead a team to meet production targets, coordinate with maintenance, and report to the Process Manager to optimise uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years in processing, strong communication, and a proven leadership style. S26 qualification is essential; Frontline Leadership Cert IV is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years proven experience in a similar role in Processing.
• Strong communication and adaptable leadership style.
• Experience with mineral processing plants incl. flotation and crushing.
• S26 Qualification essential; Cert IV Leadership desirable.

• Coordinate and deliver a team to achieve production targets.
• Work with maintenance and management, reporting to the Process Manager.
