Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team supporting remote mining sites in SA, including Roxby Downs. Roles involve housekeeping, cleaning, and general site support on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with day or night shifts.

We value reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to being part of a supportive, long-standing team. Australian work rights and a valid SA driver’s license for some roles are required.

Qualifications

• Team players with reliability and strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and hot weather conditions.
• Australian Driver's Licence required for certain roles.
• Reside in SA with full work rights.
• Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, waste management and general maintenance duties on minesite.
• Support logistics across the site and keep areas clean, functional and welcoming.
• Operate in harsh, isolated environments with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with catering, cleaning, maintenance and site management teams.
• Support the wellbeing and morale of the workforce.
