Job summary

Delta FM is seeking an experienced Trades Scheduler/Planner to support the mobilisation and maintenance contract at Eramurra Mining Accommodation Village. This full-time permanent 8/6 FIFO roster involves charter flights from Perth, with the Maintenance Manager reporting and overseeing day-to-day trades scheduling to keep operations efficient.

The role requires proven facilities maintenance experience, a valid C class licence, a White Card, police check, and pre-employment medicals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment.
• FIFO experience preferred.
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card.
• Police Check within 12 months.
• Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit day-to-day maintenance labour schedules and provide solutions to scheduling conflicts.
• Schedule maintenance plans for the facilities maintenance team.
• Submit monthly labour forecast schedules for contracts.
• Ensure correct cost allocation, time confirmations and completion notes.
• Conduct handovers with back-to-back team members.

We are seeking an experienced Trades Scheduler/Planner to support the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance contract at our newest DeltaFM Contract, Eramurra Mining Accommodation Village. This will be a full time permanent 8&6 FIFO Roster. Charter flight FIFO from Perth Airport, direct to site based airport at Preston Cape Aerodrome. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful applicant will be providing top tier trades maintenance planning and scheduling services to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

POSITION

• Prepare and submit day-to-day maintenance trade labour schedules, offering solutions to competing schedule demands’
• Scheduling of maintenance plans for the NPI facilities maintenance team
• Submit monthly trade labour forecast schedules for contract/s created through our systems and process
• Ensure correct cost allocation, time confirmations, and completion notes
• Completing handovers your back to back team member

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment, FIFO experience referred
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• Police Check within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Living in WA and able to FIFO from Perth Airport
