Candidates should have a Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Australian Trade Certification, plus experience in high-volume catering and a strong commitment to food safety and HACCP standards.

As a Chef, you'll lead breakfast, takeaway lunches and dinner service, delivering safe, delicious and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards.
