GR Engineering Services (GRES) is seeking a FIFO Electrical Leading Hand for current project work in Western Australia. You will lead electrical teams on mining construction and heavy industrial sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

We value strong leadership, superb crew coordination, and clear communication. Candidates must hold WA electrical licence, White Card, First Aid, and High Risk WP, with pre-employment checks conducted.

Qualifications

• Proven Leading Hand experience in Mining Construction and Heavy Industrial.
• Strong leadership qualities – ability to guide, motivate, and support your crew.
• Exceptional communication and crew coordination skills.
• Electricians to hold a current WA electrical Licence or be willing to obtain one.
• White Card.
• First Aid- Low Voltage Rescue & CPR.
• High Risk Work Licence (WP).
• Working at Heights.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen.
• National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical crews on mining construction projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Mentor juniors and maintain clear communication across teams.
