Qualifications

• Experience leading a large & diverse team.
• Experience in housekeeping servicing industry.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to motivate and support others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and confidence in decision-making.
• Lead by example and uphold standards.
• Full Australian Driver's License required.
• Forklift License desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support where required.
• Manage and mentor team leaders, ensuring compliance with policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Manage rosters and support scheduling and team development.
• Identify and resolve conflict situations.
• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures.
• Maintain safe personal presentation standards.
• Provide feedback on health safety and security.
• Report all incidents immediately.
• Identify and report all hazards.
