Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations, delivering quality meals in a high‑volume catering environment to mining communities.

These FIFO roles from Adelaide on a 14:14 roster offer casual and permanent opportunities with potential for long-term career growth. You will maintain food safety standards, work as part of a supportive kitchen team and contribute to efficient service.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
