Job summary

Acknowledge Education is seeking a Fieldwork Placement Coordinator to manage student placements in Community Services, collaborating with industry partners to ensure high-quality field experiences. You will work with academic teams to support teaching, assessment and student development, helping students prepare for professional practice and meet placement requirements.

Based at our Sydney campuses, this full-time role offers the chance to contribute to student success and strengthen industry

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Community Services, Welfare Work, Human Services or Social Work.
• At least three years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Deep understanding of theory and professional expectations in community services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Willingness to undertake 20 hours of CPD annually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fieldwork placements for Community Services students.
• Develop teaching materials and deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Build relationships with placement agencies and academic staff.
