Acknowledge Education in Sydney is seeking a Fieldwork Placement Supervisor to support our Community Services students during placements. You will coordinate between students, placement providers, and the College, ensuring a positive and successful experience while aligning with program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Degree in community work, social welfare, human services, social work or related fields.
• Minimum three years’ post-qualification experience in community services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine commitment to supporting student learning and success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, placement providers, and community stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between students, host organisations, and the College during placements.
• Conduct placement liaison meetings to monitor student progress, provide support, and address concerns.
• Support students with placement requirements, learning goals, and assessment expectations.
• Assess and grade placement-related student work.
• Identify and elevate placement issues to ensure timely support and intervention.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
