Acknowledge Education is seeking an experienced Fieldwork Placement Coordinator to coordinate student placements, support industry partnerships, and contribute to high-quality teaching and learning within our Community Services program that prepares graduates for real-world success.

The role is based at Oxford Street, Surry Hills, and involves coordinating fieldwork placements, teaching, assessment, and student support in collaboration with academic teams and industry partners to meet placement

Formación

• Postgraduate qualification (AQF Level 8 or above) in Community Services or related discipline.
• At least three years of post-qualification industry experience in Community Services, Human Services, or Social Work.
• Strong understanding of theory, practice and professional expectations of the community services sector.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to coordinate priorities.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to undertake 20 hours of CPD each year.

Responsabilidades

• Assess placement requirements and coordinate student-to-agency matching.
• Develop and maintain teaching materials and deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Prepare students for professional practice and monitor progress.
• Maintain placement and assessment records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with placement agencies, supervisors and colleagues.
