Job summary

New Plumbing Solutions is seeking Water Metering Technicians for our Urban Utility project. This field-based role involves working on-site across various locations with a company vehicle provided and regular travel.

You will install/replace meters and data loggers, record site data via a mobile app, and log completed jobs promptly. We value reliability, safety, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently on field-based assignments.
• Willingness to travel daily and work across sites.

Responsibilities

• Water Meter replacement & assembly maintenance and data logger work.
• Record site data accurately using a mobile app.
• Log each completed job in the mobile app before moving to the next.
• Face-to-face customer service on-site and via phone.
• Follow OH&S policies and procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with office support to schedule tasks.
