Job summary
Outdoor Solutions Landscape & Civil is seeking an experienced construction professional to join our field team in Cairns and Far North Queensland. You will contribute from day one with strong practical capability on site.
We offer competitive remuneration based on demonstrated capability, varied landscape and civil construction work, and opportunities to develop into greater site responsibility within a Cairns-based role serving Far North Queensland.
Qualifications
- Experience in retaining walls, fencing or structural landscape construction.
- Civil or commercial construction background.
- Ability to read plans, levels and construction details.
- Current White Card and a valid driver’s license required.
- MR/HR truck licence highly regarded.
- Excavator and skid steer competency highly regarded.
- Strong focus on safety and workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Retaining wall construction and gabion basket walls.
- Hard landscape construction and earthworks.
- Operate excavator and skid steer on site.
- Move trucks and materials between sites.
- Work autonomously and as part of a productive crew.
