Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Field Technician for the Central Coast region. You will service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

You'll join our Technical Services Team in Tweed Region with a hands-on training program. No prior wagering experience is required; you will gain the skills and certification through structured training while delivering reliable service and building strong venue

Qualifications

  • Interest in electronics and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Some experience servicing electronic equipment.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.
  • Willingness to obtain required licences and a full driver's license.
  • Ability to adapt to varied schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime.
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outcomes.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records in compliance with regulations.

Your role

As part of our Technical Services Team in Tweed Region, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services. Day to day this means you will:

  • Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues, clubs and pubs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery

With our training program, you'll gain the technical expertise you need - you don't need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role.
