Department of Justice in Victoria is seeking a Field Officer to supervise a team of clients at community work sites and programs. You will induct, instruct and transport participants to partner organisations while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires weekend availability, travel across the South East Metro Region, and the ability to drive a 12-seater bus with trailer. A full and current driver’s licence is essential and strong written communication is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team at community work sites and programs.
• Conduct site inspections and assess hazards; provide safety guidance.
• Induct and transport clients to partner not-for-profit organisations.
• Monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed safely.
• Maintain tools and equipment and assist with repairs as needed.
