Job summary

Clarke Energy in Australia is seeking Field Service Technicians to support gas engine installations and maintenance across Australia. If you thrive in the field, enjoy solving mechanical challenges, and want to be part of a company driving sustainable energy solutions, we want to hear from you.

You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on gas and diesel powered generators, diagnose faults, and work with operations and engineering teams to uphold service standards while travelling

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with large reciprocating engines or earthmoving equipment.
• Trade qualification in mechanical disciplines.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-focused, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work independently across field sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on gas & diesel powered generators and associated equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to uphold service standards and readiness.
