Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Order spare parts through the Parts Portal.
• Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs and log information.
• Provide customer service and maintain communication with customers.
• Manage service van stock levels and maintenance of tools.
• Coordinate with Service Allocators to complete daily jobs on time.
• Assist in workshop repairs as needed.
• Support other service technicians as required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service per policy.
• Service and repair forklifts of various sizes and models.

Your responsibilities:

• Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues.
• Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal.
• Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs from office and to log relevant information.
• Customer Service and communication skills.
• Manage Service Van Stock Levels and ensure proper maintenance and care of tools.
• Liaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure all jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop.
• Assist other service techs as required.
• Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.
• Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.

You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive.
