Schneider Electric is hiring Service Representatives to perform hands-on field service across Sydney for a range of customer assets, with a focus on Secure Power and Power Systems. You will operate within our 24/7 Services team and work across LV/MV/HV environments.

Qualifikationen

• A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License.
• Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!).
• Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position.
• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
• A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter.
• Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks.

Aufgaben

• Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Sydney region and nearby locations.
• Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and other ad‑hoc tasks.
• Commissioning, site testing, system / firmware upgrades and ad‑hoc troubleshooting.
• Providing technical support and specialist advice to Customers.
• Acting as a role model in relation to HS&E requirements and adherence to internal processes.
• Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management.
• Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements.
