Job summary

Onsite Rental Group in Roxby Downs, SA, is seeking a Field Service Technician for a permanent full-time role on an 8x6 roster. Flights will operate from Adelaide to the customer site in Roxby Downs all week.

You will report to the Branch Manager and maintain Onsite assets at the customer site across a broad equipment range. The role requires a mechanical trade qualification, current driver's licence, and strong diagnostic and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to work unsupervised in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across the product range in field (and workshop as required)
• Log jobs in service module and complete paperwork daily
• Monitor and record parts usage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
