Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Roxby Downs service team. The role involves inspections, servicing, and repairs, with a Fly in Fly Out arrangement from Adelaide. You will ensure safety, availability of parts, and lead the team on day-to-day activities.

Based in Roxby Downs, you will coordinate with the Branch Manager, support service demand, and mentor technicians to maintain high standards across the fleet.

• Must have a mechanical trade qualification.
• Experience leading teams and managing service demand is desirable.
• Strong planning and organising skills are required.
• Ability to problem solve and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential.
• Ability to manage costs in line with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs to maximise availability and reliability within budget.
• Lead and mentor the service team in day-to-day activities.
• Provide expert diagnostics advice aligned with customer requirements.
• Train technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan.
• Ensure availability of parts, consumables, tools and equipment.
• Lead safety culture and compliance for the team and branch.
• Conduct equipment servicing and repairs.

About the role

Based in Roxby Downs & reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand. This is a Fly in Fly Out Position which is based out of Adelaide to Roxby Downs. Candidates not residing in Adelaide will need to cover the costs of own transport from there

Roster will be either a 8x6 or a 2x1 and preference on roster will be discussed at interview stage.

This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
