Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Yatala, South Brisbane Branch, on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will maintain Onsite assets on customer sites across a diverse equipment range.

duties include field servicing, inspections and documentation; you will log jobs, monitor parts usage and support a strong customer relationship. Onsite offers varied equipment exposure and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious with a positive attitude.
• Sound diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work unsupervised in field.
• Willingness to participate in on-call roster.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across the product range in field (and in workshop as required).
• Ensure jobs are logged in the service module and all paperwork is completed daily.
• Monitor and record parts usage.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
