Job summary

Coolamon Holdings is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair premium agricultural equipment in the field, supporting farmers and dealers with on-site service and commissioning.

You will travel to customer sites, install upgrades and warranty inspections, and relay field feedback to our engineering team, backed by a family-owned company offering competitive benefits and ongoing training.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician who takes pride in their trade and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and fixing machinery in the field.

The Role

You’ll be the face of Coolamon in the field - providing expert diagnostics, repairs, commissioning and support to customers and dealers.

No two days are the same. One day you could be commissioning a new machine, the next diagnosing hydraulic issues on a farm during harvest.

You’ll install upgrades, retrofits, and optional equipment, complete warranty inspections, and relay valuable feedback from the field to help improve our products.

You’ll be backed by our engineering and production teams, but trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and deliver outstanding service on-site.

Managing and maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle and travelling to customer sites during peak seasons will be central to your role.

About You

You’re a technician who enjoys the challenge of real diagnostics - not just parts swapping.

You take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and can stay calm when machines need to be fixed fast.

• Experience working on agricultural machinery
• LR driver’s licence
