Job summary

Kalmar, a global leader in sustainable material handling, is seeking a Field Service Technician in Brisbane to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Diesel Powered and EV Mobile Equipment across customer sites and workshops. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, prepare for service jobs, manage parts, and complete warranty work following factory requirements.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification required.
• Extensive fault finding and PM servicing on heavy mobile equipment.
• EV/HV knowledge or licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding, repairs and PM servicing on Diesel Powered and EV Mobile Equipment.
• Prepare for service jobs by organizing parts, history, and warranty work.
• Build strong customer relationships and review completed work with clients.
• Be available for work during and outside of normal hours; participate in an on-call roster.
• Complete daily service reports and maintain 5S and safety standards.
