Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Field Service Supervisor Life Cycle Services ANZ in Victoria. You will lead field-based support, installation, education, and troubleshooting for veterinary clinics, ensuring optimal use of diagnostic technology and strong customer relationships.

You will travel extensively (up to 85%), deliver training to diverse clinic teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent patient care and practice outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Veterinary Nursing or a relevant Science discipline.
• Significant veterinary industry experience, ideally in leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment, products and services in clinics.
• Provide education, onboarding, and training to clinic teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify effective solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary professionals and clinics.
• Collaborate with commercial and internal support teams to ensure top-notch customer experience.
• Promote IDEXX products and services to drive customer satisfaction and clinic outcomes.
• Travel extensively across the territory to support customers in person.
