Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Perth, WA is seeking a Service Operator I - Service Specialist I-L&P to support on-site well logging operations. You will rig-up and rig-down surface and down-hole tools, operate logging equipment, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

With a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience, you will perform inspections, assemble tools, and participate in safety and environmental procedures while contributing to cost efficiency and reliability on the job

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months experience as Operator Assistant-L&P II.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Basic mathematical calculations.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Knowledge of HMS standards for PSL personnel.
Health, safety and environmental procedures compliance.

Responsibilities

Rig up and rig down surface and down-hole well logging equipment to record subsurface data.
Operate well logging equipment at the job site.
Assemble down-hole tools (electric, nuclear, sonic, other) and maintain equipment.
Perform pre- and post-job vehicle and equipment inspections and paperwork.
Adhere to safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Learn to operate pressure control equipment.
