Job summary

Seek Australia invites skilled Auto Electricians to join a field service team across NSW, on major mining and civil equipment. This role is field service only – no workshop rotations, with day and night shifts available and a roster that can be 7/7 or built by you.

You will work on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Sandvik and more, performing breakdowns, diagnostics, fault-finding and repairs in the field. Vehicle, accommodation and meals are provided to support mobility.

Qualifications

• Cert III Automotive Electrical Technology is required.
• Certificate of Proficiency is required.
• Mining, civil or heavy mobile plant experience.
• Strong breakdown & fault-finding skills.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and perform diagnostics, fault-finding and repairs in the field.
• Operate across NSW on major mining and civil equipment.
• Collaborate with a field service team to ensure uptime and reliability.
