Zusammenfassung

Australian Rail Track Corp. (ARTC) is seeking a Safety Business Partner to lead practical safety improvements across the national rail network. You will identify risks, challenge current practices and coach leaders to promote a proactive safety culture.

You will travel to various work sites, collaborate with operational leaders, and engage frontline teams to embed safety into daily operations. Experience in safety roles and a Class C licence are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in WHS required.
• Experience in operational/high-risk environments and frontline activities.
• Practical, risk-based mindset with hazard identification and solution development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with leaders and frontline teams.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence and have constructive conversations.
