Job summary

Tassal Group is seeking a Safety Partner for the Channel team based at Electrona on a max-term contract through June 2027. You will work directly with marine teams to make safety practical, visible, and easy to implement on site.

You’ll coach leaders, manage risk, and support investigations, audits and reporting while turning insights into action. This role keeps you out among the teams, solving problems with safety at the core.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in safety, WHS or HSE.
• Diploma in WHS or similar.
• Good knowledge of safety legislation.
• Experience influencing operational leaders.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders to own safety outcomes.
• Support risk management and action plans.
• Guide practical use of safety systems.
• Help with investigations, audits and reporting.
• Turn safety insights into meaningful action.
