Job summary

ENV Solutions is seeking casual Project Technicians to join our engineering delivery team for dewatering and water treatment projects in regional NSW. This hands-on role is outdoors and field-based, offering real environmental impact and the chance to grow with the team.

You will set up, operate and monitor treatment plant on site, collect samples, perform field tests and keep accurate records. A safety-first mindset and ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, safety-first approach for field-based work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to on-site dewatering and treatment tasks.
• Experience in similar environmental work is highly regarded.
• Ability to work outdoors as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to safety and getting tasks done.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor water treatment and dewatering plant on site (flows, pressures, levels and dosing).
• Carry out sampling, field testing and environmental monitoring, and keep accurate records.
• Do routine checks, basic maintenance and fault-finding on pumps, pipework and equipment, recognizing and escalating anything out of the ordinary.
• Support project mobilisation, set-up, logistics and demobilisation, and help keep sites safe, tidy and compliant.
• As you develop, coordinate defined site activities and support newer technicians.
