Qualifications

• Sound understanding of policies, practices and legislative requirements governing EPA operations.
• Knowledge and experience in environment protection areas (air, water, noise, waste, chemicals, hazardous materials, radiation).
• Ability to interpret and apply current environmental legislation and related regulations.
• Solid understanding of government at state and local levels.
• Experience liaising with client/stakeholder groups to deliver environmentally sustainable outcomes.
• Experience in managing staff and setting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Field Operations to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Oversee alignment with EPA objectives, statutory responsibilities and community expectations.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and maintain a proactive regulatory presence in the field.
• Manage Industry Assessments/Planning, Licensing & Permitting & Operational Coordination Units as needed.
