Qualifications

• Clear communication with clients and team members.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety practices.

• Conflict management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrable role modelling and supportive mentorship.
• Carpentry or handyman skills advantageous.
• Gardening/landscaping/painting skills beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic computer use and writing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of clients at community work sites and programs.
• Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments.
• Provide health and safety guidance to teams.
• Instruct and transport clients between locations and partner sites.
• Monitor and document work performed and ensure quality outcomes.
• Travel across the South East Metro Region from Dandenong base.
• Manage weekend work commitments as required.
