Job summary

DBG Health & Beauty is seeking experienced Field Merchandisers to service leading retail, grocery, and pharmacy customers in Darwin. You will drive growth through in-store visual merchandising, activate marketing campaigns, and implement planograms across stores with travel between locations.

The role is casual, approximately 30 hours per week, with travel reimbursement. Join a national team and train customers on brands and products while ensuring stock levels and promotions are displayed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pharmacy, Retail / FMCG Merchandising.
• Current, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for retail merchandising and sales.
• Excellent communication and CRM skills.
• Be a people person willing to build relationships with retail personnel.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through visual merchandising and marketing activations.
• Ensure your area is well-serviced and sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with a dynamic National Field Team.
• Support your customers with brand and product training.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and share of retail space.
• Execute brand and promotional initiatives at store level and implement planogram changes.
