Job summary

DBG Health is seeking Field Merchandisers to service leading retail, grocery, and pharmacy customers across the Darwin area. You will drive in-store visual merchandising, activate marketing promotions, implement planograms, and support sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

This casual role is approximately 30 hours per week with travel between stores and travel reimbursement. Join a values-driven team with autono­mous work and opportunities to train store staff on brand products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Pharmacy, Retail / FMCG Merchandising (Grocery, Dept Stores, Pharmacy) or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with retail personnel.
• Have a current, valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through visual merchandising and marketing activations.
• Ensure your area is well-serviced and sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with a National Field Team.
• Support customers with brand and product training.
• Maintain stock levels and share of retail space.
• Execute brand and promotional initiatives at store level; locate, negotiate and display eye-catching product displays.
• Ensure stock levels and promotions are displayed correctly and on time.
