Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a Network Maintenance professional to respond to urgent callouts, repair water mains, and maintain critical water and wastewater assets across Greater Sydney, The Illawarra, and The Blue Mountains. You will work afternoon and night shifts with allowances and overtime, and may take on complex tasks or assist in daily coordination.

Applicants should have MR/HR licences, White Card, and be legally eligible to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in the plumbing and drainage industry.
• Licensed plumber with experience in water and wastewater systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain heavy vehicles and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent callouts and repair water mains.
• Maintain water and wastewater assets and ensure service continuity.
• Use field tech and digital tools to diagnose issues and communicate with the team.
• Assist in daily work coordination and problem solving on site.
