Qualifications

• Prior experience as forklift mechanic or service technician is valued.
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
• Use field-based mobile tech to manage daily work schedule and complete service records.
• Maintain service van inventory and deliver professional level of service.
• Prepare field-based quotes and support sales opportunities with customers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Work with Crown to maximise service across a dedicated client base.
