Crown Equipment in Townsville is seeking a dedicated Field Based Service Technician to service and repair our material handling equipment across a defined territory. You will use state-of-the-art field technology to manage your daily schedule and ensure customer sites receive high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift maintenance experience is valued but not essential.
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a defined territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs as required.
• Maintain service records and prepare field-based quotes.
• Utilise field-based mobile tech to manage work schedule.
• Deliver professional level of service to high-value customers.
• Take part in onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
